I was planning to try running the game through Winlator (Windows emulator for games on Android) once I finish a few others I’m playing through right now. This is very pleasant news! Thanks for the effort!
Edit: BTW, since the comments seem to be disabled on the game page, where would you want to receive bug reports? Here’s one for now: “Hmm… It’s a little hard to place the stethoscope properly in this position. […]” Is incorrectly attributed to Nana instead of the doctor/player.

I had to temporarily disable comments on the game page because of spam issues. I'm planning to make a separate post where bug reports can be shared.
I’ve seen games have a Discord server for that, though that comes with the annoyance of having to moderate it. Hope you find a good solution!
